We LOVE log homes/chalets, and that is what this condo feels like! Recently remodeled unit has granite counters, updated baths, new LR furniture and new TVs in all rooms. It is walking distance to downtown Winter Park, on the shuttle bus route for Winter Park Resort.
It has many unusual amenities all inside one building: restaurant (room service too!), bar, ski shop, indoor pool, hot tubs, workout room, video game room, pool, foosball, basketball pop-a-shot, and laundry room. No frozen hair (or whining kids!) as you run from pool or hot tub to car or condo! There is underground parking (no cleaning off the car in the AM!) & free ski locker.

Faria Beach Oceanfront-A California Coast Classic!
This place is cool! And everything's new!
Situated at a prime location on Faria Beach, our family has been creating memories in this California classic beach "cabin" for over seventy years. Completely and lovingly refurbished, remodeled, and tastefully decorated to maintain its character and charm, this three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath oceanfront home also has every amenity to make your stay comfortable. Perfect for families, girls' getaways, surf, kayak, SUP vacations, romantic escapes and retreats.
From the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and expansive deck enjoy views of the Channel Islands or catch a glimpse of a pod of dolphins cruising along the surf. Great location for surfing, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing and tidepooling. A few steps (or strokes) south is Mondo's cove, rated one of Southern California's best spots for beginner and longboard surfing and a favorite location for surf instructors and schools. For more advanced surfers, Pitas Point, a few steps to the north, offers more challenging rides. The coastal bike path sits just outside the front gate, and access is provided to the private community tennis court. The home is located smack in the middle of the main strip of Faria. We are not adjacent to public access pathways or near areas where there is a high volume of beach goer parking.
Sleeps 8. Master has queen bed with bath en-suite. Second bedroom has two twins with a half bath en-suite. Cow-a-"Bunk"-a room has two sets of bunks (4 twins). These are sturdy custom bunks with custom mattresses which can comfortably accomodate adults. This room is adjacent to a bath with double vanities.
